Denying the antecedent. Not eating animal flesh won't stop the death of animals, and the number of animals killed by farming practices in producing more grains and more legumes would increase as your forced/coerced vegetarianism increased. IOW, you would make the problem of dead animals worse, not better, with your ersatz "solution."
