As of today 25 of the 50 orchids that I own are in bloom. :-) It's a good
time of year. Unfortunately only 3 others are in bud/spike, so sometime in
the future there will be few blooms, but for now we are enjoying the
abundance. I will try to take some photos this weekend.

My goal was to have something in bloom at all times, which I accomplished a
long time ago. If it wasn't for a heater failure 11+ years ago or a stupid
propane supplier this last December, I'd still have it!

Wow Joanna! A very good ratio indeed. I wish I had one quarter of my collection
in bloom.

Newbies often ask how to accomplish the goal of always having something in
bloom. I laugh my evil twin laugh, rub my hands together, and tell them to
purchase two blooming orchids per month for a year (at least), and not at
the same time every month.

This helps them to accomplish their goal, and ensures that we will have one
more partner in crime, LOL!
