Grape question

Cold weather wine grape varieties planted two years ago apear to be
getting ready to produce fruit this year. The immature grape clusters are
forming on the main trunk BEFORE the leaves are fully open or any new growth
of the vine has started. Is this behavior normal or is something wrong or is
this a characteristic of cold climate grapes? I live in Eastern Ontario
where the spring has been unusually warm. I am tempted to remove these early
clusters in the hope the vines will regrow them later in the year.Varieties
of grape vines planted have names like Sabrevois, Kay Gray, Prairie Star and
Delisle. These are varieties that can survive very cold winters and
originally came from the former Soviet Union.
