I have 2 hollies about 6ft tall bearing lots of berry blossom now
but they have a few yellow leaves
they are "blue princess" in their 3rd year in my garden

Holly leaves aren't everlasting. The difference between deciduous and
evergreen trees is that deciduous trees dump all their leaves in one go
whereas evergreen dump a few at a time all the year through. If it's
only a few yellow leaves, it's normal.

Actually hollies dump the leaves they don't want any more over the early
summer. If like mine they dump on the lawn, mowing is is a grass cutting
and hoovering exercise.
