#1: sodium content of irrigation water

I got a report on my well water which is quite drinkable but has a
sodium level of 147 ppm. I have been "googling" the effect of this
level of sodium in water used for irrigation but have been
unsuccessful. I hope someone in this group can give me some
assistance. Thanks.
