#1: [IBC] Caudiciform Bonsai

I would not include ponytail palms or desert rose as true bonsai material,
but I enjoy my Operculicarya decaryi, which is now 10 years old. I think it
meets the definition of bonsai. It is much smaller than the normal tree, it has a
trunk & branches, and very much reduced attractive leaves. You will just have
to accept the fact that its fat trunk sits up on top of a caudex, with an
imitation of the world's worst graft union.
