#1: callistemon tip borers

I have about 40 hannah ray bottlebrushes which have die back from all
tips due to a small borer. A few other callistemon are being affected
too. Pruning off isnt really an option due to the numbers and
reinfetion from neighbours. Any ideas on control method?
